I have been counseling with individuals and families for over 20 years. I completed a Master's degree in Psychology from Humboldt State University in 2001 and became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (mfc 42610) in 2006. My experience includes working with individuals and families at Catholic Charities for five years and at Children's Mental Health for nine years. I am married and the mother of a teenager.

   ​​    I've sat with people from many backgrounds and situations who find themselves wanting meaningful and collaborative support in a caring environment. Working with you to explore areas of growth is a passion of mine. I find that looking at our strengths for guidance is often inspirational and revealing. I believe that moving towards ease by quieting the voice of criticism, redefining outdated patterns, and finding ways to notice why difficult patterns and experiences have happened for us is vital for living a satisfying life.
